The Preventions team are currently delivering a third wave of SOC interventions funded by the Office for the Police and Crime Commissioner for Dyfed-Powys. These build on the Home Office projects and are aiming to deliver targeted interventions based on the SOC Workbook to approximately 40 medium-to-high risk young people.

Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) - The current project is looking at the development and use of CYSTEM alongside the key processes being implemented by CYJPS in the targeting and implementation of effective interventions with a wide-range of young people and recent development to incorporate Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) into the screening process.
